Warranty Policy

 

• 10-year warranty against fading, cracking or crazing of vitreous china.
• 5-year warranty on all vanity spare parts.  
• 5-year warranty for all the tap ware materials excluding fragile materials like o-rings, washers, etc.
• 5-year warranty on all ceramic disc cartridges.
• 10-year warranty on all accessories.
• 12-month warranty on all toilet seats. 
• 5-year warranty on spouts, showers and spare parts.
• 1-year warranty on all spas (electronics and pump).

 

We also provide free replacement/replacement part (nearest equivalent) in case the product fails under warranty period. Cost of labor excluded. Product warranty is not valid if product is misused or affected by local conditions such as undesirable cleaning.

Installation guide needs to be adhered to in order to be eligible to claim warranty.

 

Warranty is transferable i.e. it does not alter with the change of ownership as long as the proof of purchase is provided.

 

The above warranty is applicable only to the products imported and sold by Bath & Tile. These warranties do not cover products sold by Bath & Tile under any other agency, company or brand name.

 

Please ensure that all products purchased from Bath & Tile are inspected prior to installation. Should any defects be found do not install. Return the product to the point of purchase for a replacement. If a faulty product in installed, Bath & Tile will not accept any liability for the cost of the labor to remove or install any replacement product.
