Sign up in-store or online. We will provide you with a loyalty card and your details will be entered into our database.

Every time you shop at Bath & Tile (NZ) Ltd and swipe your Loyalty Reward card you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at any of the branches.  If you don’t have your card on hand, don’t fret; we can track your details on our database so you don’t miss out.

Points cannot be earned on TradeMe purchases or special promotions.

Yes, points expire in 24 months after they’re earned so we encourage you to keep an eye on them to make the most of your rewards.

Your current reward points are displayed on your invoice. If you provide us with your email address, we can track and email this through to you.

If you have any points expiring in the next month they will appear at the top of your emails.

If you have not shopped for 24 months or more your points will have expired. If you need further assistance, please call one of our branches during business hours.

Points are calculated $1 = 1 point for each eligible retail item using Swedish rounding, not on total transaction spend. That means if the price of an eligible item is $19.99, you will earn 20 points, but if the price is $19.49, you will earn 19 points.
